Pleasing
Role: Lead Digital Marketing Designer
Overview
Pleasing is a whimsical beauty brand that promotes gender-inclusivity and self-care. As a digital marketing designer at ScienceMagic, I created paid and organic social media content to support several of Pleasing's product launches and promotional events. Below are examples of my work.

PAID SOCIAL MEDIA
Supporting New Product Roll-Outs
Big Lip Campaign
For Pleasing’s Big Lip rollout, I created social ads that balance playful visual storytelling with credibility-driven messaging. Using bold color, minimal copy, and product-centric framing, the ads highlighted real consumer results after a single use—positioning Big Lip as instantly effective, sensorial, and makeup-ready. The work was designed to stop scroll while staying true to Pleasing’s expressive, modern beauty identity.
Introducing Pleasing Kits
For Pleasing’s Kit campaigns, I created UGC-driven social ads that spotlighted hero ingredients and their functional benefits across the Hot Holiday, Hand & Nail, and Glow Kits. By anchoring each kit in real hands-on use and clear ingredient callouts, the ads positioned the products as both sensorial and effective—designed to feel approachable, giftable, and rooted in everyday care rituals.
Crew Neck Sweatshirt Drop
For Pleasing’s Crew Neck Sweatshirt launch, I created a minimal stop-motion ad centered on product imagery and subtle motion. By stripping back excess styling and relying on texture, form, and pacing, the ad highlighted the sweatshirt as an effortless, everyday essential—extending Pleasing’s aesthetic into apparel with confidence and clarity.
ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA
Building Event and Product Hype
Instagram Reels and Stories
I created organic social content for Pleasing that balances playful visual storytelling with product education, spotlighting texture, ingredients, and real use across beauty, nail, and apparel launches. The work was designed to feel expressive and native to the feed while reinforcing brand voice and consistency.
